The Office of Donor Relations at UNC Charlotte serves as a central resource in ensuring that all gifts to the University are properly acknowledged and stewarded and that all donors experience high-quality interaction with the University that fosters long-term engagement and investment.

gift and Record Management
The office of Gift and Record Management comprises two areas: gift processing and record management. Gift processing is responsible for booking all gifts and pledges to the UNC Charlotte Foundation in accordance with IRS guidelines and CASE standards. The record management area maintains constituent data for alumni, donors, parents and friends of the University.

Prospect Strategy and Research
Prospect Strategy and Research is the strategic arm of the University’s Advancement Division and the UNC Charlotte Foundation. PSR works with gift officers to help identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors to the University, manage relationships between the University and its donors and assists in the planning as well as the execution of major fundraising initiatives.
